The Michelin Guide to Los Angeles 2008 features 290 establishments in all, a number that
includes 263 restaurants - representing 29 types of cuisine - and 27 hotels.
The Michelin Guide to Las Vagas 2008 features 127 restaurants and 30 hotels.
