London  63 to 124 Restaurants Ranked 2008
The second half of the list reflects those restaurants of good
quality that may consider themselves as close to a first
Michelin Star.  The Guides tend to be consistent in their
awards.  The  famous Ivy (left) appears at 86.  The
measurements are purely about the quality of food; any
restautant that makes the top 120 have standards that are
high.
